How long will it take my order to arrive?
All of our Christmas jumpers are printed on demand. Our products take up to 3 business days to be produced and additionally 2-3 business days delivery in the UK. For those outside the UK, allow 3 days for production and:
- Delivery to Europe in 10-20 days
- Delivery to rest of the world in 15-30 days
If you're in the UK, ensure you place your order by early December to get it in time for Christmas.
When is Christmas Jumper Day 2019?
This year, Christmas Jumper Day will be held on Friday 13th December (spooky). The day forms part of Save the Children’s festive fundraising campaign – you can donate here. “Make the world better with a sweater”.
Can I buy a Christmas jumper for my dog?
I think your dog would probably prefer a ball and a belly rub.

It’s never ok to put a cat in a Christmas jumper.

Can I choose express delivery to receive my order faster?
Express shipping is not currently available, but it’s something we hope to offer in future.
What if I need to return or exchange my Christmas jumper?
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will of course happily provide a replacement if your order is lost or damaged.In the case of damaged goods, there is no need to send the product back. Simply email us with the order number and photos of the damaged goods (or the order ID for lost goods) and a replacement will be sent out right away.
Please note that for lost orders over $200 with no tracking information available, refunds will not be provided.
Jolly Christmas Jumper is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover the expenses.
Are your Christmas jumpers unisex?
All of our Christmas jumpers, hoodies and t-shirt are unisex.
How should I wash my Christmas jumper?
Turn the jumper inside out and machine wash on cold, max 30C or 90F. DO NOT BLEACH. Tumble dry on a low heat. Iron, steam or dry on a low heat. All products are unsuitable for dry cleaning.
When did Christmas jumpers become popular?
Christmas jumpers became popular during the 1980s after a variety of prominent singers and TV presenters started wearing them during the Christmas holidays. During the 1990s and 2000s they were seen as gag gifts, but they have since gained a certain kitsch appeal.
I don’t have a Christmas jumper, what can I do?
You could cancel Christmas. Or for those of you that still desire the sound of reindeer hooves and long for the smell of mince pies, you could buy a jumper RIGHT HERE from Jolly Christmas Jumper. That is, of course, if your dear old nan hasn’t knitted one for you – we would never dream of putting her out of business.
Where is it appropriate to wear a Christmas jumper?
Wearing a Christmas jumper is fair game from November through to New Year – just as soon as the last bonfire goes out.
You can of course wear them anywhere, though you might get some funny looks if you wear one to a wedding, a business meeting, or while performing heart surgery. Christmas discretion is advised.
